Beauty Fair is not responsible for any additional charges applied by banks or payment platforms.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Retail Customers (Online Orders)

  • Orders will be processed and delivered through our logistics partners

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location

Wholesale Distributors

  • Distributors are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of transportation after collection

  • Risk and responsibility for goods transfer to the distributor once products are handed over

Beauty Fair is not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by third-party logistics providers.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of cosmetic products:

  • Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items

  • Claims must be made within 48–72 hours of delivery

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging

Refunds or replacements will be issued at our discretion upon review.
